This page explains how information is handled when you visit streastudio.com or contact STREA Studio by email. For any question about it, write to studio@streastudio.com.

Contacting us by email

This website has no inquiry form and does not collect anything you type. To get in touch, you email studio@streastudio.com. Choosing “Start a Project” only opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you send the message yourself. The “Copy address” button copies the address to your clipboard on your device and sends nothing anywhere.

If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: your email address, your name if it appears, the message, and any attachments. We use it to reply and to discuss your project. Incoming email for this address is handled by Google Workspace, which acts as our email provider.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical information about a visit, such as your IP address and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site. We have not added analytics, advertising or tracking tools to this website, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself.

The site links to other websites, including STREA Systems. Those sites have their own practices, which this page does not cover.

To ask what we hold from an email you sent, or to ask us to correct or delete it, write to studio@streastudio.com.

Changes

If this changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics, we will update this page before we do so.
